Winston Flemming carried this Pavlova to Fenella Hut. If only we had known there was an egg beater at the hut then we could have had fresh cream and not that silly stuff in the can

Fenella Hut

The hut was built as a memorial to Fenella Druce who was one of 4 people killed when the Four Johns Hut in Mt. Cook National Park was blown off its site.
